Cleaning up

Each year, S.P.E.A.K. for the Earth gets out and cleans up local roads and rivers.

Adopt-a-Highway: Through this program, S.P.E.A.K. cares for two miles of road in Angola, Indiana. The road runs right through town, starting north of the mound at the railroad tracks and running (on the west side) up to Vestil. If this area needs attention, please let us know!

Canoe n’ Cleanup: Each spring and fall, students, faculty and community members go to Mongo, Indiana, where The Trading Post provides members with canoes, kayaks, and transportation so they can set out and clean up the Pigeon River.
